Planting Christmas

Plant your Christmas tree

2010 Holiday Trees will be available in October!

Planting Christmas is a holiday-themed Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project that supports local tree farmers, the local economy, and the environment. Instead of cutting down a tree, decorate a live, potted and locally grown native tree for the holidays, and then plant it! This year will be our Fourth Annual Native Holiday Tree Sale. This year’s trees will all make great landscaping trees, attracting native birds and helping with Maui’s watershed! There will be a variety available to suit each of the different island ecosystems. Make your holiday truly green, and plant your Christmas tree.
